Clear answers before you predict
How wallet access, preview questions, live data and resolution work on Wedge.
What is Wedge?
Wedge is a wallet-first interface for discovering and participating in outcome-based prediction polls. The current build presents static market snapshots until a verified live source is configured.
Do I need an account?
No separate account is created. A compatible wallet is the only session identity used by the product.
Are the market snapshots live?
No. Before connection, Wedge shows clearly labeled static snapshots for product exploration. They are not mixed with verified market data.
What happens after I connect?
Wedge switches to live mode only after the external integration provides a compatible EVM wallet and verifies the active network. If no verified market source is available, Wedge shows an unavailable state instead of reusing preview questions.
Does selecting YES or NO send a transaction?
No. A disconnected selection opens the wallet gate. After connection, any write flow must show a complete review and requires an explicit wallet confirmation.
How are markets resolved?
Each market should name a resolution source, closing time, edge-case rules and final result status. Wedge surfaces that information before participation.
Which network does Wedge use?
Ethereum Mainnet is the active network, with Chain ID 1 and ETH as its native asset. No secondary network is presented while its production integration is disabled.
Can I create a market now?
The creation interface is prepared, but publishing remains unavailable until a verified backend or smart-contract adapter is configured.
